This Small Load Haul Dump is designed for heavy-duty underground operations, equipped with a Yittow Dongfang Red 4105 supercharged engine that offers robust performance and high torque, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. The dual-variable gearbox, paired with a high-speed ratio wheel reduction bridge, ensures low-speed, high-torque performance, making tasks like shoveling and digging more efficient. Its hydraulic system, sourced from a renowned domestic brand, ensures long-lasting reliability.

The machine features a waterproof and moisture-proof electrical system, making it ideal for wet underground conditions. It also includes an oil-bath air filter, providing consistent filtration without the need for frequent replacements, unlike paper filters. The exhaust system combines a two-stage filtration system to significantly reduce emissions, ensuring both environmental protection and driver safety.

The bucket is constructed from wear-resistant 400 special steel, equipped with excavator bucket teeth for heavy-duty applications such as mining gold ore, iron ore, and copper ore. Its double rocker arm design provides greater digging force and prevents boom deformation, improving the driver’s visibility.

With compact dimensions under 1.9 meters in width and height, and a length of less than 5.5 meters, the machine is perfect for ultra-narrow, ultra-low roadways. Its climbing ability allows it to easily handle slopes, offering an alternative to traditional skimming machines. Equipped with heavy-duty tire protection chains, the machine’s tires have an extended lifespan, making it a versatile and reliable solution for underground mining operations.
