Underground transport vehicle is the main commuting tool for transporting personnel from mine to underground. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles, this management system is formulated.

First, transport safety management provisions:

1. All underground pick-up vehicle drivers, must be trained by the relevant departments, and obtain a "motor vehicle driving license".

2. In strict accordance with the national road traffic safety laws and regulations and the factory motor vehicle driver safety operation requirements for transport operations.

3. Drink driving, fatigue driving and illegal driving are strictly prohibited.

4. It is strictly prohibited to transport vehicles "with illness". If there is a problem with the vehicle, it is necessary to check and maintain it in time to ensure the safety and good condition of the vehicle.

5. All underground vehicles must be installed and used exhaust gas purification devices to reduce exhaust pollution to underground air.

6. The driver's room according to the specified rated number of seats, no overtaking.

7. The vehicle for transporting personnel waits for the personnel to enter the well in turn outside the body inspection room. When entering and exiting the well in each car, the attendant manager must temporarily determine a person in charge who is responsible for the personnel to get on the well in an orderly manner.

8. Due to the limited underground environment, the vehicle speed shall not exceed 20 kilometers per hour, through the intersection, turning, poor road conditions, dark lighting and other areas must slow down, ringing reminder.

9. Underground driving to meet pedestrians, should be 10 meters away from the parking to avoid, must adhere to the "first, after driving" principle; When the vehicle is driving up and down the corridor and meets the pedestrian, the signal should be sounded in advance to remind the pedestrian to pull over and avoid.

Second, vehicle inspection system:

1. Check content: brake, direction, engine, tires, lights, instruments, electrical lines and other components.

2. Inspection regulations:

(1) The driver should routinely check the safety performance of the vehicle before driving, and determine that the vehicle is safe and reliable before driving.

(2) The driver of the vehicle carries out a comprehensive inspection, repair and maintenance of the car every ten days to ensure that the car is in good condition and make a good record.

(3) The deputy manager in charge of equipment of the branch company and the director of the workshop in charge shall conduct no less than two safety checks on the transport personnel and vehicles under their jurisdiction every month, and shall timely deal with the safety hazards found and make inspection records.

(4) The Safety Department of the branch company shall inspect the safe operation of the vehicles of the staff of the unit from time to time, and make a good record of the inspection.

(5) The problems and safety hazards found in the inspection should be handled and rectified in a timely manner, and if major safety hazards are found, the operation should be ordered to stop.

(6) If the violation of transportation regulations and the existence of hidden problems are not rectified, the responsible person shall be punished according to the relevant provisions.

(7) The Safety section of the branch must establish the safety inspection records of underground pick-up and pick-up vehicles, and archive the inspection records of the deputy manager of the competent equipment, the director of the competent workshop, the safety section and the driver every month.
